OK if it were me I would replace all the memory with these HERE. Get two of the 2 gig modules and that way they are matching.
Personally I would go with either the Mushkin or Crucial. You would be looking at at minimum of $54.00 plus shipping.Take out everything you have a put these in by themselves.

@rshaffer61
hey thanks so far.

You have helped me a lot with the problem :)

I will get the memory replaced with i think Transcend stick :P :)

have a nice day...
Thank you,
Pranav

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 28 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
If so can you explain how it was resolved so others may be able to fix it if they have the same issue.
If not please let us know and we can continue with helping you to resolve the issue.

Dear friend i think this one will definitely solve your problem.
1. you mother board slot don't have the capability of taking dynet 2gb ram which you have

go to this website http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner/
download scanner after that one tab will open in the browser in that look maximum memory that you can install in your mother board
And in which slot how much memory you can install of which type(ddr2 or ddr3 of specified frequency) of ram
get your mother compatible ram

That's it.
