PortableApps.com Nero Portable not working

Hi, I just downloaded PortableApps.com along with other portable applications to my usb. They all work except Nero Portable 11.2.4.100 on my computer. Even the splash screen from PortableAppZ appears, but it disappears instantly and then simply nothing happens. Tried running as admin and same thing. However on a similar computer it is working without a problem, so it must be something about my computer. My computer is almost new, and I'm running windows 7 home premium SP1 (antivirus is AVG). Does anyone have any idea of what could be happening?
