Dear all,

I am encountering that my server is running EXTREMELY slow although there are very LOW CPU & RAM usage as seen in monitor resource. I ran the check disk, defragment and anti-virus scanning but nothing found unusual.

I had run the OTL.exe but really need your expert to analyze the text result (in attachment).

Please help me!
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Can you give me more specifics about what the specs are of the server's hardware, what purpose it serves, where you're noticing slowness, etc?

Hello Daniel, check the uptime of the server, I recently found a business server had been up for 500 days, it was running slow to no suprise.

Check that there's no failed or failing drive that is part of the RAID volume. Checkdsk would not see that. Your server is a Dell with a PERC RAID card perhaps? Open the Dell administrator UI and look for drive problems. If you have a drive in the RAID rebuilding, not completing, restarting the rebuild, the server will slow down typically without a significant CPU or RAM cost.
