MS Photo editor for Windows 7?

I have missed this program since we had to upgrade to Windows 7... it seems as though it either is no longer available for or it won't work with this operating system. Any thoughts here? Is it available to work with 7? I have it downloaded but I keep getting a registry error upon opening it and when it opens it can't open any photos. I miss this easy (and brainless) program... are there any tweaks or tricks to get it to work?
