hi again! I am newby with PC, basically I know so few things about computer. Anyway, I am confused about to quarantine or to delete the spywares that were found on my computer by Ad-aware. So what is the best alternative to eliminated spywares on my pc? Any suggestions?

Well, first of you should check that you are currently running latest version of Ad-aware SE (Build 1.06).
Then you should also run webupdate always before running the scan (there's not always an available refence file update but at least you are always up-to-date).
After you have updated,
you should run a "Full System Scan".
When you are choosing the scan type to run,
there is two extra options also.
"Search for negligible risk entries" - setting,
and "Search for low-risk threats".
What you should do,
is to Deselect negligible risk entries,
and to select low-risk threats setting.
Then run the scan.
If Ad-aware finds objects,
go to "Scan Summary" - tab,
and choose any item for removal you wish to remove. (Recommended to remove all..)
Click Next, click ok.
Reboot, rescan. If the objects just won't go away, then you should post your scanlog to this topic for review and someone will advice you more.

To add,

Quarantine files are used to isolate and backup items detected during a scan and gives you the option to reinstall them at a later time.
Items moved to the quarantine folder will be encrypted and compressed, and can only be read and restored using the built in quarantine manager in Ad-Aware SE. Objects stored in quarantine do not pose a threat to your computer.

To stay safe, I would recommend that you Quarantine then delete the files.
