I've got this program on my home computer PCShield and was wanting to know if it is safe or posing as such. I keep finding dll's with names like sfg_****.dll where the * is a number in the system32 directory that are linked to PCShield

it is started in the registry under
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run

PCShield REG_SZ regsvr32 /s "C:\WINDOWS\System32\sfg_159a.dll"

From what I can find it is made by Axent technologies and used for security on corporate networked PCs. I cannot understand how it got loaded on my PC and is it good to leave on.

Thanks,

Phil
