No, in fact I don't use AOL to get on. Maybe I should remove the AOL since it's not working anyway? What does "server" mean? Is that firefox or AT&T?

Server means it cannot connect to the net

Is this a wired connection or a wireless one ?

Have you tried a different ethernet cable.. As we are now running out of options where to look for problems

Yes that was one of the first things we tried. I am having to leave this alone for awhile as have another emergency. How do I PM u to reactivate as I'm going to call my internet provider again and tell them it's NOT my computer!!?
