Computer restarting while playing game

Hi everyone,
I just built a new computer and everything is working fine but I had a problem recently. While playing League of Legends, there was buggy sound repeated, then a 2 seconds black screen and my computer restarted by itself. Is this a graphic card issue? I have all the latest drivers and my computer did not crash while playing any other games yet.

-EVGA GTX 570
-i5 3570K
-W7 64 bits
