Some data recovery software for you to try http://3d2f.com/tags...sh/disk/repair/ and http://download.cnet...4-10753287.html

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

My apologies NOOR I replied to the wrong topicPosted Image had a long day and not enough coffee, the intended topic is @ http://www.geekstogo...-drive-failure/

Please check the Device Manager for any yellow ! or red Xs, if there are none showing please follow the steps given @ http://answers.micro...5e-b475c35ca586

If this does not resolve the issue the next step would be to uninstall the device and all the associated software and then do a fresh install, please note that if you do need to do a fresh install you must not connect the USB device until you get an on screen message advising you to do so.

I hope that one of the above resolves the issue and once again my apologies for replying incorrectly.

Thank you for your understanding, it is appreciated

First off sorry that neither suggestion worked :(

Before we do any uninstalling of the device or it`s software can you please do a system restore to a date when the device was working, a date before August 22nd in this case, not sure what operating system it is that you are using so here are a couple of links to help W7 http://windows.micro.../system-restore and XP http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084

Let us know how this goes please.
