When I try to log-on to Internet using my laptop wireless I get a "virus has come from your system --see system administrator" message, and I am unable to go on the internet. I have no problems when I plug-in to my cable provider. I have paid Norton Live to clean off any virus and they say it is clean and must be a setting problem. Yet I keep getting the virus message. Any suggestion? I am able to see my wireless network but can't connect.

Run OTL (Vista or Win 7 => right click and Run As Administrator)

Paste (Ctrl + v) the copied text in the box where it says Custom Scan/Fixes

Select the All option in the Extra Registry group then Run Scan.

You should get two logs. Please copy and paste both of them.

Also can you make a screenshot of the message you are getting?
http://graphicssoft....nscreenshot.htm Save the file as a .jpg or the forum won't allow it. Then attach it to your post.
