Hello,

I'm having issues streaming content to our household ipads and the nexus 7. Our network is currently set up with a Router and two access points (configured in WDS mode with the router), these are working just great and ensuring our house is fully covered in terms of connectivity. I have numerous computers set up in our office and one hold a few TBs worth a storage where my movies, music, software etc, are sitting. Now the issue is, when I try streaming video content onto the ipads of nexus 7 when I'm connected from the access points. The video stutters and buffers often and never plays at a smooth speed. However music plays without a problem and when I'm by the main router, video content works fine.

I have checked and both the router and access points are Upnp enabled, I have also tried various third party apps to play the videos smoothly, nothing is working.

My question is, how can I ensure that the videos will work perfectly once connected to the access points away from the main router. I checked the bandwidth this morning and I'm getting a good 1mega bit + download and 500 kbps upload when connected to the access points (it's a large house and the access points are far away)

Any ideas?

I will provide further details if needed
Thanks in advance
