monitor led blinking not working

as i was cleaning c.p.u cabinet i remove all
component and cleaned it after that i fix all the
component as it was.... Then i switch on my p.c
C.p.u was working bt screen led light was
blinking & dvd writer was also not working as i joined ide master slave cable bt removing
ide cable dvd writer was working plz help me
out :o :o

Sorry to hear that you are having computer issues and also that you have had to wait for a reply.

First of all to clarify a point so as to avoid possible confusion, a computer case is not called a CPU cabinet, it is called a computer case or chassis, CPU means Central Processing Unit or processor for short, see http://en.wikipedia....processing_unit

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if it is provide the model name or series number (not serial) providing these details will enable us to better assist you.

The issue/s may be caused by one or more bad or missing connections and once we have some system information we will be able to suggest some things for you to check.
