Proposed fix:
Hi,
Can you tell me exactly what the current problems are?

Let's look at Chrome's settings to make sure babylon is not hiding there
Please start Chrome
Click the wrench icon wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
Select Settings.
Look at On startup and click on Set pages and remove any references to Babylon you may find in there.
Look also in Appearance and make sure your home page is set to what you want it to be.
Next over on the left side, click on Extensions and check in there for anything that you did not install yourself.

Now please go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Uninstall any program that has Babylon in the name

Please restart Chrome and let me know if babylon and/or the yieldmanager ad is gone.
