I am currently developing an application for Android. For this purpose I use Adobe Flash Builder and an SDK. There is a page that deals with this topic in detailes. The page also provides code snippets that handle the physical buttons and the rotation features of the mobile devices (If you are interested here is the page: http://www.voip-sip-...ation-voip.html). I am only a novice programmer but I found the code snippets to be really useful and understandable. I hope others who would like to develop an own mobile application will find it useful. I beleive that there are options for iOS and Windows Phone development as well.
