Hi,Geekstogo,
i live in china, an english man at birth, i have a english bought computer, toshiba allthou 5-6 years old its been good, the net works i use are a.o.l and google,
i have a few spyware and malware removing sites i use, spybot, 10 bit malware,malwareby anti malware,glary utility,avg, super anti spyware free adition, and smart defrg 2,

Well i did have QQ on here blimey take over every thing, got rid of that so i thought, but no now i have tencent.adressbar that stays no matter what i do, also sweet lm, and babylon ,toolbar, any help or advice in removing same would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi there I will need to have a look at the system

Download AdwCleaner from here to your desktop
Run AdwCleaner and select Delete



Once done it will ask to reboot, allow this
On reboot a log will be produced please attach that

THEN

Download OTL to your Desktop

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  
• Select All Users
• Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
  netsvcs
  BASESERVICES
  %SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
  /md5start
  services.*
  explorer.exe
  winlogon.exe
  Userinit.exe
  svchost.exe
  qmgr.dll
  /md5stop
  %systemdrive%\$Recycle.Bin|@;true;true;true
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\BITS /s
  CREATERESTOREPOINT
• Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
• When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
• Post both logs
