stealthSWs114.h!dll has stolen my web browser

hey, i'v randomly had a problem with my laptop. out of nowhere i cant access anything on the internet on it. when i open up internet explorer i get a message saying,
"Attention

YourPC is infected with spyware.

Browser version: 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Spyware details: "stealthSWs114.h!dll" ver. 4.442as18a.
access port:#33299"

after clicking ok i am then left resticted to www.quicknavigate.com but i'm unable to access any point furhter then this page.

i dont have a clue about how computers work so any simplified help would be great.

p.s im currently using a pc to access this website, my laptop is where the prolem is. thanks
