I am having trouble updating my windows. Every time I start it the update, it stops at 0%. My laptop shut down after 6 hours of being on 0% due to my battery. I did a system restore, and things have not been running smooth ever sence. I also think i have a Virus. I have AVG antivirus free edition. I also have AVG PC tune up, speed up my PC witch came with it. Also when I try to do disk defrag, it stops at 0% no matter how long i let it go. Also, my pc is running very slow. I play a game called nitto legends 1320. It comes up saying macromedia player is not responding. Im very computer smart. Can you please help me !!

Take care of any malware first. Go to the Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal forum, read the first post and follow instructions.

Come back here once you get a clean bill of health if you still have problems.
