Hi TyVham Posted Image

A possible solution.

You will need the drivers for the WI-Fi card, on a CD, Flash Drive or the Drivers files in a known location on your computer.
Go to device manager and look for the device, if there, it may have a symbol beside it, > Right click on the device and choose, Update Drive, follow the prompts.

Windows 7 ultimate works perfect. my wifi just doesnt turn on/wont let me use wireless. I am on my dsl now works great. I would prefer my wifi. I had windows 8 earlier. I didnt like it. to much learning I am on a computer all day at work, but I wanted something where I know almost everything. W8 isnt my cup of tea. I know computers, but I have never experienced this wifi problem ever.

Understood.

Did the device have a symbol, or was it OK?
Open the properties for the device, go General, bottom of window, check that, use this device, is showing.
Go Resources, look for conflicts.
Go Advanced, Check the settings.
