When i change ISP i can not connect to a certain site

This is driving me mad !

I Am going between locations , my house and my mums house taking my lap top with me but when i am at my own place (talktalk) i can not connect to this site

Yet when im at my mums (BT ineternet) OR i go through a proxy at my own place then i can get on it no problem what so ever

Why is it doing this ?

Depending what browser you use (e.g Internet Explorer) and which version of windows you have, you can add the site as a trusted site and maybe that would work on your own pc (maybe it has become blocked for some reason?). Here's a guide how to do it in Internet Explorer:
