I have a HP Pavillion A305W desktop computer that is 8 years old. I have 0 experience with computers and tried to take it back to the factory settings. It now gives me the error that windows could not start because the following file is corrupt. I called HP, they of course will not help without paying them since the warranty is gone. I do not have any CD's that would have came with it. Help!!
