Nero Cover Designer

I'm using Nero Ultra 6 and everything is working fine except that when I try to access the cover designer after burning a cd, I get a little window saying "internal error" and then the window saying "... has encountered a problem and must close..." I've downloaded and installed all six patches that were supposed to make it compatible with service pack 2. I haven't tried the DVD burner yet. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks, Betty

Try the DVD Writer using Nero with a DVDRW Disc and if this is faulty you could unistall Nero, download the trial from Nero and enter your serial number during the install and it will recognise your version. Open Nero with start smart then click Nero, top left, then serial number to write this down if you need to uninstall.
