Used Ubuntu boot disk and I am trying to retrieve my files on a failed hard drive. When I click on my "500 GB Hard Disk: 485 GB Filesystem" Icon I get an "unable to mount location" error with the following:

DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
