rundll32.exe taking up 100% system resources [Closed]

I have been installing all of my software onto my new computer for over a month now and it recently started lagging alot. I check cpu usage with task manager and saw rundll32.exe is taking up 100% system resources. I saw another person on this site had the same problem that when they connect online it lags. but I don't have the same programs that they were told to fix on high jack this. if anyone can help me that would be really nice.

I do see infection there but before we proceed further we will need a better tool to have a good look at things.

  • Please download OTL to your desktop.
  • Double click on the OTL icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed to let it run uninterrupted.
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in:
    netsvcs

  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan won't take long.
When the scan completes, it will open a notepad window. OTL.Txt. This is saved in the same location as OTL.
