Toshiba Laptop Keyboard Problem

Hi,

I have a Toshiba Satellite L750/L755 Windows 7 laptop. I noticed the light went out on the caps lock button even if it was on, I also can now not use the letter "a" in lower-case. It works fine in capitals but not in lower-case. I would really appreciate if someone could help as I can now not get into my computer because I have the letter "a" in my password but have access to the guest account.
