Windows won't launch

Yeah I think it may well have overheated and died. Ive got an antec 900 case so didn't think it'd be too much of a problem, but after taking the card out it was filld with dust so I'm guessing that stopped it cooling properly and now won't work - and this is regardless of how long it's been off for unfortunately, whenever I try to boot this happens. Guess I'm gonna have to take the hit and get a new card. Appreciate the help though pal.
