I'm laid up with a back injury and trying to help someone remotely.

Windows 7 Home 64

They lost their Internet connection. With MBAM and SAS I removed tons of Trojans, including Vundo and WyWebSearch. Ran the Symantec Vundo removal too, but found nothing.

Now I can only start up in Safe Mode. When I try to start up in normal mode she just hangs on the "Welcome" screen.

I don't think I can successfully run Combofix because this is a remote attempt. We still have no Internet connectivity in Safe Mode With Networking, and we have the hang on the normal mode startup screen.

I'm using LogMeIn Pro to connect. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Thanks!
