I have this problem with my laptop, that on my school network I can only connect to google, and facebook in my browser and only when its on a https connection. Skype works and ssh works on the internal connection.
The windows troubleshooter often tells me that it is configured correctly but it cannot connect.
The ComputerTechs on my school have no idea what is going on. On the network you have to sign in whenever going on the net everyday, and I do get an ip.
I tried reinstalling my computer, it did not help at all.
I dont know what to do anymore.
