Try to ping 192.168.0.1

Also, what is your IP address and subnet mask? (in cmd prompt, type ipconfig)
Maybe your computer and the router is no longer in the 192.168.0.0 network.

DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 194.168.4.100
194.168.8.100

This looks like potentially a problem here, why are you using manual DNS server information configured here? If you try removing this back to automatic can you access the management page then? If not then the issue may be with the router itself, I've seen routers that continue to work but cannot be accessed for management any longer - in this case a replacement router was required.

Have you tried connecting to your router through a LAN cable instead of wireless?

Yes you can change the DNS in the wireless properties. It is fairly easy to do. Here are the instructions to setup DNS to use the Google DNS. When you get to Step 7, choose "Automatic", skip step 8, and you should be good.

If you need those DNS entries to access the internet (i.e. your ISP requires it) then I would set them up in the router - once you can access it of course!
