laptop does not boot,no display,no fan working

when i power on my laptop it wont boot,no display,no fan running and after about 10 sec it turns itself off again.
when you power it on you cant even open the CD drive.

As there is no fan running and the notebook is shutting down it suggests that the MBs (motherboard) thermal sensor is shutting the system down to protect the CPU from frying, inspecting and possibly replacing the CPU cooling fan must now be done.

Repairing notebooks is not an easy task and it should only be undertaken by a qualified or suitably competent person, if you are not confident please do not attempt the repair yourself.
