DVD Shrink Problems

I am having problems with My DVD shrinker. when i go to encode the dvd i get the movie to save as six or seven files that are only about 1 GB big thats not the whole movie. i am new at this so any help you can give would be greatly apreciated. thanks Cmorty24

I'm sorry thayt we are unable to help you with this application. You will need to seek help from other resources. WHile an excellent application it is used for coping dvd's and we have no way of proving you own the dvd you are tyring to copy.
