Leather On Shoes Question?

what are the chances of a pair of formal shoes and leather boots I ordered recently getting lost while on shipment. It has been three weeks since I made the order and the shipment is still to be delivered where as the e-shop claims it is still on transit.

Sounds like the same thing in transit and to be delivered.
Were you given a tracking number from the sender? Sometimes calling the actual shipping company will give you more info.
