I have tried for over a month now to get this PC game www.starstable.com to work, I have tried many browsers firefox, IE, chrome, even safari, and none will work, I will go to the log in page click to log in, then all I get is the spinning wheel saying checking for updates, and then it goes right back to the homepage with unknown error, that is it. here are my computer spec: I have even restored my computer back to factory condition (I only bought this in May of this year) and nothing I have tried will work, and I have asked many computer help forums and sites and never get a answer, can anyone help me, here are my computer specs: Thank You.AMD A6-3620 2.1GHz Processor; runs most programs and applications

Have had a similar issue. I have downloaded the program and updates (total something like 750 MB). But, I got further in the game than you did. I actually entered the game, and I saw the environment, but I couldn't control anything. I just emailed Star Stable (SS) support today. Will let you know if I hear anything.

i can't download the plugin but it works on the desktop luncher for me.

I have sort of  the same problem I can't get it to work, because sometimes I get in but after 10 seconds it says that the internet connection is gone when it isn't gone

That's further than what I can get lately. My launcher is a white screen with the play button greyed out. I used to play but I haven't been able to play it in a year and I do not know how to fix it. Have been hunting for a solution for so long. Haven't found one yet. Same computer too. Used to just click and play now I keep getting prompted to download the launcher again and now it does nothing... I've updated things left right and centre. Have no clue as to what is going on or what to do.

Yeah, something close to that happened to me. Every time I click play for Star Stables, the launcher disappears and nothing happens. It made me really mad. Maybe my account is lock, or maybe the game just hates me...

I have a little same problem so I was being normal playing star stables the next day evrytime I star playing were you press play it says verfiy I dont know whats wrong maybe its just like you know them makeing the new stuff for there 5th birthday BUT STAR STABLE COME ON
