Slow printing Adobe Documents

Hello -
It takes 11 minutes to send a 50 page Adfobe document to the printer. No delay priting other documents.
Any ideas?

its basically 4.5 pages per minute and on a network printer thats not that bad plus how much ink is required for the pages
