Everything is running so much better since you guys helped me, but my desktop icons will not stay where i put them after a restart. I have made sure that everything is unchecked when i right click on my desktop. I just cant seem to figure out whats making this happen.

My windows 7 desktop icons wont stay where i put them after a restart. I have made sure that everything is unchecked when i right click on the desktop and i move them and then when i restart they go back
