Untick Ipv6 here are instrcutions.

Hit start
Control Panel
NetWork & Sharing Center
Manage Network Connections
Right Click Your Connection
Select Properties
Un-Check Ipv6
Select ok





Run the Fix it below this will disable the tunnel adapters on your machine.

Hit the start button and type services.msc scroll down to the dns client service right click it and select properties then change the startup type to disabled.
Then stop the service.

Your hosts file is blank lets fix that.


Open an elevated command prompt then copy and paste the following one at a time hitting enter after each.

cd C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

takeown /a /f hosts

cacls hosts /p everyone:f

Reply Y Then copy and paste the text below hitting enter after.

attrib -s -h -r hosts

Close the command prompt window.


Go here and run the fix it for the hosts file,as admin.

After the fix it runs then reboot,the hosts file should be restored to original


Download the all in one internet repair tool run it with all boxes checked and then reboot your machine.

You will need to visit windows update and install all updates possible.

You will also need to update your wireless/wired drivers


After the reboot can you please tell me if you get anymore bluescreens and also tell me what is happening when you get them.

Hi , first of all thanks for your help, well lets start.

I am having two problems with your tips:

1.When i run command prompt and get to this line "cacls hosts /p everyone:f" as you say i should reply "Y" to something but that doesnt appear at all and i get this message just after pasting that lane "We did not conduct any mapping between account names and identifiers" , anyway i proceed with the next line "attrib -s -h -r hosts" then close the window.This is the first problem.


2.When i run all in one internet repair tool, i get an error that says "windows cant find the wuauclt file" i click accept then all just finish without problem and reboot.


I will look for windows updates now amd i will update the wireless drivers too, i will let you know if i keep getting the blue screen, if i have to do anymore please tell me,those blue screens are so frustrating.

I almost forget it , my comp isnt a laptop and it was made in a "BEEP" shop , piece by piece so it havent any trademark.

Click Go and Attach the result.


As far as problem 2 goes.

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.

Press "Scan".
