No problem I do not consider this time wasted I enjoy helping
But as a final test since these are related to the TCPIP stack lets see if we can stress the tcpip and force your computer to bluescreen.

This is service pack one for 64 bit windows 7 you do not need it but lets see if we can make the crash happen again after the fix I suggested.

Well I was trying to see if we could force it to crash since it did not then I think we are good.
