ACER Aspire 5551 will not turn on

Laptop will not turn on, the light bulb light flashes orange really fast and constant, doesnt stop. I have tried unplugging battery and power cord, then holding power button down., The just plugging in power cord, but no luck.
Any ideas what this speedy constant orange flashing on the lightbulb(beside the battery light) means?
