3D Problem

Hello. I current have a Panasonic p42st30 3D TV. I was trying to order The Avengers 3D on Comcast. But the movie asks me to use an over under orientation.I should only be able to see one image with depth. Instead i see

two images, one on top of the other. My 3D Options are Native, Frame Sequential 3D, Frame Sequential 2D, Side by Side 3D, Side by Side 2D, Top and Bottom 3D, Top and bottom 2D and 2D With and Arrow pointing to the right

that has 3D. I have tried all these options and no luck. Does anyone have an idea what i should do?
