Run OTL again and paste in the following into the text box of OTL:
Set all options to None and then click Run Scan.
Post the resultant log please.

No expiry date. I use the free version that's available through my ISPs. (Doesn't expire unless I change ISP providers.)

Hi, queendom. Ok, uninstall Norton then and when done, restart your computer. Then tell me if the computer is quicker as a result.
If that is the case, then you may need to install another (lighter) antivirus in its place. If not, feel free to have it reinstalled.

Will do! I will try installing Microsoft Security Essentials instead. Does the system appear clean otherwise?

Seems so. Just one thing to do before I declare it clean.
Download Security Check by screen317 from here or here.
Save it to your Desktop.
Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.

Strangely enough, the computer is still slow following the swap from Norton to MSE.
