Hey All,

I'm finding difficulties to troubleshoot with the in-built pc speaker.. well, this is actually my office computer where it use to have win xp before. it was fine when we had xp & now I asked my IT people to format, then install win 7. so far I remember, it worked but now it shows a small cross mark to say it's muted. when clicking on that trying to troubleshoot, then fixing but nothing is happening. When I plug a headset, it works.. any idea what's wrong with it

Thanks in advance.
