BLUE SCREEN

Installed a new hard drive and windows xp original disc, got to home screen was on there about 10 mins then a blue screen came on with no error codes.So i deleted xp and formatted my hdd and tryed reinstalling but it doesnt get far into windows setup and blue screen pops up any ideas on whats wrong ?

That's not in my bios and my f1 key is missing and when i went to type my computer name the screen went blue could it be a key is causing this problem? Tomorrow i will try and attach a video of what happens so maybe you can see what im talking about it may help :confused:
