Hi
I have another problem today.
When I turned on this morning the computor said Delete Phisical memory and it was counting down.
I turned it off and about an hour later turned it on and it worked ok.
The only thing I have done in the last 2 days ia try to install the new version disc of norton 360 Multi but it would not install, so I guess I have to remove the old version, which is 360 Version 5 first but I have not got to that yet. Each time I start up it asks for that new disc so it can finish, but I just skip it.

Hi, jon90.

Ok, do that (uninstall old version of Norton), and let me know if problem persists.

Hi
I am in trouble again.
Today we had a massive crack of thunder and lightning and we did not lose power but my computor says that network cable unplugged.
The modem works OK and the wireless connection is good with Ipad, phone, and 2 wireless laptops connecting perfectly.
I have tried 2 new leads from my desk computer to modem but it still will not connect.
Any ideas
Thank you
Jon
