problem with shutdown

when restarting my computer i recieve a message saying: paser message: value creation failed at line 220: can anyone tell me how get rid of this and help please.

Everytime i shut down my computer it won't shut down and when i reload my computer the message appears and i have click the message a few times before it will go away

post a hijackthis log so we can see what is running behind the scenes.

This occurs EVERYTIME? After you have shut down all programs?
