OK lets see if we can repair WMI

Download Windows Repair (all in one) from this site

Install the programme then run

Go to step 3 and allow it to run SFC

On the start repairs tab click start

What stage is it at ? It will tell you on the right hand side... If it has ceased responding then close the programme

94 GB free and it seems to be creating a restore point.
