Done. It freed c33, 000
and now I have 97.3 GB free

OK lets see if we can repair WMI

Download Windows Repair (all in one) from this site

Install the programme then run

Posted Image

Go to step 3 and allow it to run SFC

On the start repairs tab click start

Select the following items and tick restart system when finished

I see the ticker ticking in the black screen, but nothing else. Is it alive and kicking?

What stage is it at ? It will tell you on the right hand side... If it has ceased responding then close the programme

Close the programme, or is it doing an SFC check, as this may take a while

94 GB free and it seems to be creating a restore point.
