  • Open Control Panel
  • Click on Network and Internet
  • Click on Network and Sharing Center
  • Click on Change adapter settings
  • Right click on Wireless Network Connection and click properties
  • Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
  • Click on properties
  • Check Obtain DNS server address automatically if it is not already.
  • Click OK until you close all open dialogs and reboot. See if problem is resolved.

If that doesn't work follow the steps again but this time check Use the following DNS server addresses: and under Preferred DNS server: type in 8.8.8.8, and under Alternative DNS server: type in 8.8.4.4

i can browse without any problems other than youtube suddenly stop buffering midway(even after reinstalling windows). the game i am playing is league of legends and blackshot. when i am playing LOL for example,my ping becomes too high and cant even play the game. so i used the diagnose my internet connection and the same pop up "your computer is configured correctly, dns server is not responding" appears. i tried using my other laptop and diagnose the wireless connection but no pop ups came out.
