I want to FACTORY restore Acer VISTA w/o dics.

I am trying to FACTORY restore my husbands Acer Aspire 7520-5185, Vista. I tried a few suggestions already using the F10 and F11 keys, but no success. Would really appreciate your help. The issues started when I installed a new home wireless router and this laptop didn't recognize the new router and tried lots of options for that. Then it started to crash in the middle of anything and just gave up. Now I want to clean it to factory restore and hope the new router will be recognized and give to my son to use. Thank you in advance.
