The problem is, whenever I go anywhere and use a wireless connection besides my house, my browsers won't work. I also know I am connected to the internet because other online applications do work, such as Team Fortress 2 and Skype. But whenever I try to go on a browser it just won't work... It says it cannot display the page. This has been going on for about 6 months and it's extremely aggravating! If you have ANY suggestions, please help, Thank you! Side note:I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome

Couple of things you can try....
One, open your IE and go to >internet options and then the >connections tab, and tell me what all is selected on that tab, then go to the lan settings button near the bottom and tell me if your browser is set to use a proxy?
