hello guys

i'm new here and hope to find some help with you

so to avoid wasting ur time may u help me to find some programs that would help me through my new work as an IT in a small office
the needed programs is:
1-program to block a adult sites
2-program to track employee's history on the internet and downloads
3-program to block any software installation without my permission

if i remember anything else i will tell u immediately

please feel free to help even with only one program
