Serious Problems With My PC!

Recently I have experienced serious problems with my PC. It has become very slow, possibly due to 'trojan horses'. On top of that there has been something called 'derbiz' which means that I cannot access the internet unless I use 'their' dial-up. If you could help it would be great because these problems really are getting too much at the minute.
