i was using microsoft word when my keyboard messed up. it seems to be an intermitten problem as the lower case is working better now than it has all night.
this is how the rest of my keys type.
left shift \\\\|\\\\\\\\
right shift pppppppPP
lower case p|: ppPPPpppPPPpppPppPPPPppP
my question mark doesnt work, my arrow keys dont work, x calls up menus. captial d, p and e dont work. how do i fix it\

Something worth trying: Go to Device Manager

double click Keyboard,then right click the entry for the keyboard and choose Uninstall.

Rebooting the pc will reinstall the keyboard.

İt may fix the problem.
